    Responsibilities

    • Ability to provide high level administrative support to the firm's various practice groups in a fast-paced environment
    • Handle sensitive and confidential business matters in an appropriate and professional manner
    • Provide detailed quality check and processing of documents and presentations including correspondence, reports, drafts, practice aids, memos and emails
    • Assist as a resource for special projects
    • Management and proactively take initiative to follow up with relevant parties to ensure project requests are received timely, arranging meetings, monitoring deadlines, and performing data entry
    • Perform administrative duties as needed to support the operations of the office to assist with various administrative needs with correspondence, document preparation, maintaining database documentation, and other day to day tasks as requested as defined by the Partners and Office Manager
    • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, reflective of the company, at all times

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support role preferred
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality required
    • Strong attention to detail, organization and initiative required
    • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and prioritize responsibilities required
    • Strong MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills required
    • Ability to use office equipment including multi-line telephone system, calculator, computer, fax machine, and copier required
    • Ability to meet established deadlines, ensuring that work is complete and accurate
    • Ability to multi-task with ease and professionalism.
    • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, oral and written communication skills
    • Willingness to cross train, step outside your role to help our admin team as needed with a positive attitude are required
    • Individuals are required to work Monday through Friday, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekends and overtime as needed required
