    • Achieve and maintain high quality work for HR and DHGU Directors and their teams
    • Understand and demonstrate the qualities identified in the firm’s Code of Conduct
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Provide responsive, accurate, and approachable customer service
    • Consistently meet deadlines, while maintaining high quality work
    • Manage calendars for HR Directors, scheduling and rescheduling meetings and appointments with multiple parties
    • Coordinate meetings, events and functions in and out of the office
    • Assist with meeting coordination and planning, including agenda preparation, coordinating facilitators and meeting management, meeting notes including Zoom video system
    • Generate various monthly reports for HR teams
    • Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis and file generation in Excel. Includes pivot tables, Vlookups and other advanced excel features
    • Project coordination and tracking
    • Create and maintain team sites via SharePoint or Microsoft Teams
    • Assist Campus Recruiting team periodically with order placement for office visits
    • General administrative help for HR Directors – document and presentation formatting, travel, expense reports, shipping, etc.
    • Reconcile expenses in Chrome River for HR Directors
    • Manage and/or assist with special projects as needed
    • Submit check requests for invoices to the necessary approver



    • 3+ years of administrative support required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, SharePoint/Teams and OneNote required
    • Superior Excel and data manipulation skills required
    • Strong aptitude for learning new software in support of varying operations required
    • Experience working with a travel and expense system preferred (DHG has Chrome River)
    • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and prioritize responsibilities required
    • Excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attendance record required
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed required
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
    • Ability to consistently demonstrate high quality in work and relationships required
    • Ability to meet established deadlines, ensuring that work is accurate and complete required
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality required
    • Experience in a professional services environment preferred
