Job Description
The Manager, Clinical Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and coordinating the activities of professional employees and supervisors. He/she is accountable for hiring, training, and retaining required staff, executing the program in compliance with product specifications, client requirements, and all applicable regulatory requirements; and monitoring team performance and dashboards to ensure that metrics are met. He/she ensures that program value resonates with clients through workflows and clinical outcomes
This leader must develop a deep clinical understanding of the program objectives and the client needs,
closely collaborating with the medical director and other cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment. He/she must understand and anticipate the needs of the member-facing clinicians, and provide the tools and leadership through his/her team that they need to effectively execute the program.

Required Qualifications
Unrestricted RN License, over 5 years experience. BS in Nursing or related field. Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to change, perform critical analysis, plan, organize and evaluate effectively, willingness/ability to give performance feedback to employees, willingness to travel and high level of computers skills including Microsoft Office products. .

Preferred Qualifications
Previous management; previous client facing experience

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health related field.
