Job Description
Responsible for supervising and evaluating day-to-day quality and licensure activities in a continuous quality improvement approach. Supervises and evaluates daily activities of assigned Quality and Licensure teams. Establishes and monitors metrics and timelines related to timeliness and quality standards for completing licensure activities and processing renewals; develops standard quality review tools for evaluation of licensure activities; and acts as a resource for the assigned teams in completing licensure and other activities. Evaluates and recommends quality activities to improve the licensure and credentialing process. Completes credentialing activities for Accordant Medical Advisory Board and Medical Director in collaboration with Compliance and Legal partners to support accreditation compliance. Acts as subject matter expert related to licensure and actively supports client audit, accreditation, and internal quality review requirements for licensure. Acts as resource for leadership regarding licensing activities and issues.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in management, preferably within a credentialing or licensing position
2+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Nurse preferred, with active license in state of residence
- Prior experience in health profession
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change, perform critical analysis, plan, organize and evaluate effectively.
